I would book again, thanks. The hotel is reliable and ideal with outstandingly accommodating staff from management downward. The breakfast is lovely and freshly cooked, includes lots of meals. The location of the property is good, next to the main areas of Brentford, the restaurant in the hote THYME and all the buses. There's The Princess Royal within 10 minutes walk or so, really enjoyed their menu.

Convenient location for my new year festival, with easy access to public transportation. Friendly staff who were helpful and accommodating. Good quality food and Costa Coffee served at breakfast.
Some breakfast items like pancakes and croissants were dry and tasteless. Limited English fluency amongst a few staff members.

Great Staff and Location
The staff were exceptional, from the moment we arrived, they were very friendly and willing to help. The hotel was located in a perfect spot, with easy access to the motorway and Twickenham Stadium. The parking area was very spacious and secure. , the rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed.
One of the lifts was out of order and the other one was monopolized by the housekeepers, so we had to wait for long periods to access it. the Wi-Fi connectivity was poor, and sometimes we were not able to connect to it at all.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay at a hotel in West London. The continental breakfast was fantastic with plenty of variety. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring West London's attractions. Additionally, being able to check-in early was a huge plus.
The air conditioning in our room was very noisy, which made sleeping difficult. The bathroom was also poorly designed, making it difficult to manoeuvre around without slipping on the wet floor.

I had an amazing time staying in a hotel with excellent transport links into the city. Even though the hotel is away from the centre of the city, it's easy to get to the tube station. I loved the restaurant and the food was really good and of good value for money. the staff were really friendly and helpful.
The check-in process was a little slow, which was a bit frustrating after a long day exploring the city.
